MAGDEBURG & BERLIN, 1 June 2017 -- bmp proudly announces its highly profitable exit from Market Logic Software with the recent € 45 million investment round. As the second largest shareholder bmp sold all Market Logic shares from its managed IBG funds to Summit Partners, GENUI and current shareholders.

The IBG funds have helped support Market Logic Software since seed phase.

bmp Investment Manager and member of the Market Logic board of directors Mr. Ywes Israel welcomed the exit: “The new investment in Market Logic by internationally renowned investors GENUI and Summit Partners represents a tremendous step forward for the company. We are delighted to have played a role in Market Logic’s early stage growth and wish the management team all the best for the future”.

The transaction is subject to official approval by the European Commission.
